Ohio Department of Veterans Services
The Ohio Department of Veterans Services conducts outreach to Ohio's veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs and they administer the Ohio Veterans Bonus and the Ohio Veterans Homes.

Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame 
The Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame honors veterans who continued to serve the public after their military service was over. The members include Neil Armstrong, John Glenn, and Ohio's Medal of Honor winners.

United States Coast Guard

The Department of Veterans Affairs administers a variety of benefits for veterans, including health care, pensions, education, and home loans.  They also operate national cemeteries for soldiers, veterans, and their families.

The official home page of the United States Marine Corps includes news, a directory of the units, leadership, and general information about the Marines.

Veterans' Service Records 
This site provides information for obtaining copies of military records, as well as casualty lists from World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam Conflict. 


Military Organizations

American Legion 
The American Legion has information on benefits, health issues, and jobs. It also provides assistance in filing claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Honor Flight Network 
This organization transports veterans to see their memorials in Washington, DC at no charge.  Top priority is given to senior veterans and those who may be terminally ill.
