Abandoned Mine Lands (Ohio) 
Dr. Ann Harris, geology professor at YSU, has spent 30-years collecting mine information dating back to the 1800's. This site is a fairly complete mine list for the following counties in Northeast Ohio: Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana.
