Mia is a clerk at the Michael Kusalaba Branch. She is driven, perceptive and enthusiastic. Her coworkers have said that she is an excellent example of the kind of employee that makes the Library run. She provides outstanding customer service and makes everyone feel welcome.One of Mia's coworkers said that she is "one of the kindest people I have ever met, not just at PLYMC, but in my entire lifetime. She made me feel extremely welcome as a new hire, and I never once felt judged by her when I made mistakes...She really sees people, and I am grateful that I get to know her and work with her."
