Main Library Closing Due to Power Outage

YOUNGSTOWN—The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC)’s Main Library, 305 Wick Ave, is closing immediately due to a power outage in the building. Main Library expects to be able to reopen at its regularly scheduled time tomorrow.
