All PLYMC Branches Closed on Wednesday Due to Winter Weather

All branches of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will be closed on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, due to the winter weather. At this time, the Library expects branches to reopen at their regularly scheduled times on Thursday.
