Library Board of Trustees to Meet

YOUNGSTOWN—The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) Board of Trustees Bylaws Committee will meet on Thursday, September 8 at 3:00 p.m. at Main Library and via Zoom immediately before the regularly scheduled Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. The Bylaws Committee is meeting to discuss establishing bylaws procedures and the full Board is meeting for its next regularly scheduled meeting.
