YOUNGSTOWN—As secure elections play a vital role in a free and fair society and are a cornerstone of American democracy, the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) is hosting a series of programs in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown (LWVGY) to help residents learn how elections work in Mahoning County.
