YOUNGSTOWN (December 11, 2023/For Immediate Release) – The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC)’s Board of Trustees will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 14 at 4 p.m. The meeting will be held at Boardman Library, 7680 Glenwood Ave, Boardman, OH 44512, and virtually via Zoom.
There will be a Bylaws Committee meeting immediately preceding the full Board meeting at 3:15 p.m. in the Boardman Library meeting room and virtually via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to review approved policies by the Finance Committee.
