Our Community Support Specialist, Jim Young, MSW-LISW, provides assistance and referrals for the following:

  • Shelter and housing options
  • Food and SNAP benefits
  • Mental health and addiction counseling
  • Connecting veterans with proper resources
  • Navigating Medicare, Medicaid and social security and disability system
  • Adult Protective Services
  • Child Protective Services
  • Locating home repair or utility assistance
  • Conflict resolution
  • Ohio Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney and DNR order
